Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is a must
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to multi-task and handling multiple projects at the same time
Computer savvy with Microsoft Office applications
Quick learner and ability to think fast on your feet
Enjoys the process of sourcing and reading resumes diligently
Deep knowledge about technology industry in general, more specifically, companies, competitors, currently events, etc.
Ability to think outside the box and not afraid to make suggestions
Team player who believes the sum is great than the parts
Independent and motivated without much supervision
Aggressive with strong desire to succeed, goal oriented
Proven past experience to compete and thrive in a challenging environment

Role & Responsibilities :

Coordinating with the business to understand and document the requirements.
Partnering with Internal Sourcing Team in order to identify matching profiles through various sources.
First level qualification of candidates for interest in JD and other required details.
Coordinating and scheduling the interviews via telephone / VC / face to face.
Following up with the panel to manage the candidate feedback and closing the loop with candidates.
Post selection managing the offers and assisting in joining formalities.
Exploring various sourcing channels like networking and internal referrals for senior candidates

Specification / Skills / Experience :

1+ years of Technology Hiring experience is mandatory
Graduate / MBA with minimum
Sourcing / Screening / Recruitment
Active, Passive & Social Media Sourcing Experience
Should be able to manage medium to high volume hiring numbers.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong internal / external client facing experience.
