Job Description :

Provides Technical Assistance and resolve the end customer issues as per defined SLA.
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet SLA
Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications and meet the quality
Attendance/Login Hours/Unscheduled Leave/SLA targets as per defined by the process
Improving skill level through Self development / nominating training programs
Meet the defined Quality Scores. Innovation & Process Improvement
The individual should be able to work effectively in a team whilst enthusing others to do the same for achievement of common goals of the team
To consistently meet or exceed CSAT parameters as defined for the process.

Required Candidates Profile :

Freshers or Minimum 1 year experience in any BPO. Preferably work experience in WFM.
Qualification : Any Graduate
Good Communication Both Verbal and Written skills
Candidate with good Analytical & Logical Thinking
