Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

Customization and Production of Benefit Booklet using QuickSilver (publishing tool) as per standard guidelines from Client
Do quality review of Benefit Booklets as per Customer Defined checklist.
Interact with SMEs on daily basis to resolve all queries
Work towards ensuring that the SLAs for the process are being met consistently

Desired Profile :

Any Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Preference given to Candidate's with US VISA
1 to 6 years in Hard Copy Publishing or E-Publishing in the Documentation domain
Publishing experience in any Documentation domain
Knowledge of Documentation Coding, Creating, editing, formatting and review
XML/SGML, DTD, PERL Scripting, Java scripting, HTML, ArborText Editor, Adobe FrameMaker
Should have PC proficiency that include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Analytical ability, organizational and planning skills
