JOB Description :
Provide Tier 1 Technical English Voice based support to end users & guests. Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email. During problem escalations, act as a liaison between customers and Tier 2 support.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of Networking TCP/IP
Strong windows application related troubleshooting skills
Fluent in Spoken/Written English Language
Exp: 0-2 Yrs ,
