Job Description:

• Responsible for preparation groundwork related to legal activities of the company.
• Arranging support documents for review of legal agreements.
• Assist and support in secretarial activities of the company.
• Support in Filling and filing of forms with ROC.
• Gather data and assist in STPI audit.
• Assist in physical verification of Bonded Assets.
• Maintain secretarial, legal records and data of the company.
• Gather and organize information to assist in statutory compliance of the Company.
• Compilation of compliance data from different locations to update compliance tracker.
• Reconcile various compliance reports to source documents.
• Assist in maintaining statutory compliance tracker of the company.
• Support in review of documents and tracking reports for accuracy.
• Gather data and Assist in vendor compliance audit.
