Job Designation : Merchandise Specialist - Data Analyst

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Item Setup , Data Analysis , Merchandising
Responsible for setting up domestic and import items online
Contact vendors to get all information related to the items being setup
Communicate critical issues and liaison with offshore teams to make sure the Item set up is done in an accurate and timely manner by demonstrating high sense of accountability
Perform maintenance requests in a timely manner to ensure most relevant and updated item information is presented to our guest
Setup new vendors
Develop good understanding of knowledge related to the products owned
Escalate procedural/technical issues to the respective teams
Share timely updates with team appropriately
Purchase Order Writing
Work in conjunction with partner teams and initiate the approved onto the purchase order tool
Execute the directions received from the partner teams to submit and maintain the purchase order
Effectively communicate the approval status quo to the respective vendors and partner teams

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's Graduation degree and / or related
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Strong detail orientation with high degree of accuracy
Strong partner relationship skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to be flexible, adapt quickly, and work with ambiguity
Self-motivated, able to set work plans, prioritize, and has
strong bias for driving results
