Job Designation : Application / Service desk Trai

Job Description :

Monitoring the banking applications
Starting and stopping of application processes
Performing End-of-day and Begin-of-day process
Resolving user queries over phone
Helpdesk support
User id creation and deletion
Server Space checking
Sending Daily checklist
Troubleshooting issues.
Handling Call logging/ tickets.
Answering calls or mailers of users.
Solve queries through remote access.
Understand queries and solve the same.
Should be with good communications skills.
Should be ready to work in 24*7 shifts.
Support will be there in Morning, Evening and Night shifts (9 hrs each )on a rotational basis
