• B.E. /B.Tech. /M.E. /M.Tech. From reputed engineering colleges & should have scored 60% & above.
• Non B.E. graduates will not be allowed.
• Should have hands on experience in core C++ development. 
• Strong in MFC, COM, OOPS
• Strong experience on data structures & algorithms
• Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Should have high level of maturity and excellent analytical skills.
• Should have strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
