Job Description

Urgent requirement for Voice & Non-Voice Semi-Technical Process.

Criteria:

• Graduate freshers & undergarduates with minimum 6 month experince.
• Willing to work in rotational shift including night shift.
• Experince in BPO will be added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1.Good communication skills

2.Good technical knowledge (hardware and softwares)

3.Good customer service skills

Job Responsibilities:

1.Handling inbound calls from customers across country.

2.Resolving customer queries with regards to trouble shooting .

3.Providing customer satisfaction.

4.100% accuracy in data maintainance.
