Job Description : 

  • Managing the End to End recruitment process from Sourcing, Screening of resumes to conducting interviews to closing the positions.
  • Searching for the perspective candidate according to the client requirement.
  • Sourcing the profiles from job portals, database, reference, social sites.
  • Screening and short listing the perspective candidate based on desired job profile.
  • Tele interviewing the candidate initially to check their interest level, communication skill and technical skill.
  • Check the candidate fitness in terms of CTC, Notice period, and other necessary requirement.
  • Scheduling the interview of the shortlisted candidates
  • Coordinating with the candidates until they join.
  • Create and manage database of all candidates with details.
  • Establish and maintain a good relationship with the candidates

Job Location : Hyderabad

Educational Qualification :
