Job Designation : Incident Engineer

Job Description : 

• Leads, coordinates and assists the L1 support technicians. 
• Assumes duties as a coordinator between teams to take problem to closure when needed.
• Responsible for monitoring Ticketing queues and Desktop support call queues and assigning tickets to appropriate personnel while handling critical issues where necessary. 
• Duties will also include handling of complex issues over the phone for users in the field or travelling teams. 
• Responsible for leading and supporting Desktop Support personnel where appropriate. 
• Incumbent will also assist con call Support with various teams to drive issue to closure.
• Provide Service & Infrastructure Operations support in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Carry out incident management support and co-ordinate the resolution with the appropriate resolver groups
• Ensure shortest restoral times possible, initiating the timely escalations to specialized resolver groups.
• Report and escalate all observed problems to proper operational escalation points.
• Report on the monthly performance of the team and provide feedback to the relevant teams
• Will participate and ensure compliance.

Shift : 24*7 (Rotational)

Educational Qualification : Any Graduate, Any Postgraduate

Experience Required : 6 Months to 4 Years
