Job Designation : Back Office Assistant / Executive Assistant
Job Description :
- Assisting the senior management (Viz; Operation heads, Director and the CEO) with their day to day work and future assignments which may include (but not limited to) the following:
- Daily follow ups on behalf of the senior management on the tasks assigned by them to various employees in the organization.
- Making travel bookings (if any)
- Scheduling senior management's internal and external appointments / meetings (if any)
- Diary and / or calendar maintenance of the senior management
- May involve follow ups from the clients / candidates / vendors (on a case to case basis) etc.
- Assisting the accounts team in following up with the clients for pending payments.
- Job location will be our Kondwa branch. The opening is for iQuest itself.
- The candidate should have good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Should be ready to join on an immediate basis.
- This will be a pure day shift job hence candidates working in night shifts wanting to work in day shifts can apply provided they are okay with the salary range being offered.
