Job Designation : Trade Transaction Service - Executive

Department Objectives:

• TTS Operations supports and manages a wide spectrum of transactions within a highly controlled environment. The speed, accuracy and integrity of data flowing through our systems is crucial to the success of our core global Business. TTS Operations is continuously working to monitor, improve and expand our ability to provide clients with highly efficient transactions processing solutions with global 24- hour access, seven days a week.
• Strong reconciliation processes and accurate reporting are important aspects of whole operation process. A robust proofing process can also help to avoid adverse surprises along the way by providing reasonable assurance that operational processing risk and the potential financial impact of inadequate controls are minimized.

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensuring Nostro, Suspense, Inter-Branch and other related accounts are in order.
• Liaising with the stake holders as well as internal teams to ensure tracking, accurate and timely resolutions of issues and exception raised.

Skills : 

Core:

• Ability to work as a team with send site partners.
• Strong problem solving and/or analytical skills..
• Strong attention to detail is required to ensure the data privacy of our client information
