Responsibilities:

• Candidate has to perform the Service Desk Support where multiple users across the globe will call or send email to fulfil their requests.
• The candidates should log the ticket and route it as appropriate and also they have to monitor the important application processes and batch component.

Expectations

• We are looking candidates who have 60% in 10th, +2 & Degree (BSC Computer Science / IT or BCA) with out any backlogs (arrears)

• Only Male Candidates (production support late hours)

• Decent Communication

• Willing to sign 3 years bond

Growth Opportunity

• If performance is good then after 18 to 24 months can get into Engineering Streams like Development, Support, Testing.
