Candidate Description
- Excellent knowledge of Windows XP/ 7 PC troubleshooting
- International call/ chat exposure with IT Technical support/ IT helpdesk
- International Business to Business (B2B) or Business to Consumer (B2C) process
- Microsoft product troubleshooting- e.g.: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Knowledge on Outlook, Blackberry, VPN, Mac, IPad and IPhone is preferred
- US/ UK Phone support experience
- Wireless troubleshooting

Qualifications
