Job Description :

The responsibilities include providing architectural direction to the individual subject matter experts and project teams. Job responsibilities include development of portal using ExtJs, Webservices and Spring Frameworks.
Experience developing web based portals/applications with the skill and exposure to evaluate and recommend the most appropriate technologies or architecture.
Extensive experience on Java/J2EE, Design Patters and spring framework especially on Spring Core, Spring MVC and Spring Securities.
Experience creating XML / XSD specs, RESTFUL web services and transport protocols.
Experience working with Application Server and Oracle database.
Consult with stake holders, participate in the assessment of business viability of new technologies and provide recommendations.
Responsible for defining the overall architecture of a system/program/initiative.
Effectively manage architectural projects to evaluate, design and implement technology.
Provide IT technology expertise and consultation for specialized architectural needs.
Provide solution to highly technical complex problems and be called on to consult on projects.
Thorough experience working with development tools such IDE's and other productivity tools.
Excellent technical/analytical/programming and design skills.
Ability to independently execute tasks and learn new technologies quickly.
Guiding a high performance team for their technical needs and support less experienced resources on technology.
Ability to guide and follow appropriate documentation as per project standards.
Ability to build strong relationship with team members and be an excellent team player.
Ability to work under pressure and set high standards and extra hours if needed on assignments.
Ability to work on a scrum model with deliverables at the end of each iteration, spanning 2-14 days.
