Job Description : 

• Customization and Production of Benefit Booklet using QuickSilver (publishing tool) as per standard guidelines from Client
• Do quality review of Benefit Booklets as per Customer Defined checklist.
• Interact with SMEs on daily basis to resolve all queries
• Work towards ensuring that the SLAs for the process are being met consistently

Skills : 

• Any Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Preference given to Candidate's with US VISA
• 1 to 6 years in Hard Copy Publishing or E-Publishing in the Documentation domain
• Publishing experience in any Documentation domain
• Knowledge of Documentation Coding, Creating, editing, formatting and review
• XML/SGML, DTD, PERL Scripting, Java scripting, HTML, ArborText Editor, Adobe FrameMaker
• Should have PC proficiency that include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
• Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical ability, organizational and planning skills
