Job Responsibilities :

  • Through a structured training programme, quickly learn how to install, configure, and deploy IIG software products.
  • As part of an IIG/Customer delivery team, build business applications and/or deploy software.
  • Install and configure ESG software applications.
  • Adopt an analytical and structured approach to software configuration and/or software development.
  • Adopt a high quality approach to project documentation, in line with the IIG ECM Project Delivery Methodology (EPDM).
  • Support system testing for integration and user-acceptance purposes.
  • Communicate status of assignments accurately to the project manager or team leader.
  • Support the project lead and other members of the project team to contribute to overall project success.
  • Assist with managing project level communications with the customer, including planning, change management and release management.
  • Assist in gathering knowledge of the customer’s environment and business requirements.
  • Contribute to the delivery of EMC IIG best practice to service the customer’s needs.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities.
