Job Designation : Customer Experience Coach

The KRAs of Customer Experience Coach include:

To organize induction training of all the staff members of concerned Hub.
To undertake joint visits to impart On the Job training and to address non-performance issues
To impart refresher training to the hub staff on current and ongoing process changes
To ensure model Code of Conduct by the Field Executives and foster team building
To maintain MIS (Records) of training and individuals performance
To take care of basic hygiene issues such as uniform, SIM cards, and statutory requirements w.r.t. Field Executives salary and benefits.

Skills :

Must have working knowledge of E commerce or logistic business
Field work experience as a front line manager would be valuable
Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize, plan and execute are the key success factors
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Essential Qualities :

Be able to establish clear cut goals and communicate the same as to what is expected from the coachee.
Be able to motivate coaches to adopt better ways of working by providing knowledge, requisite information, skill and most of all Trust.
Be accessible to coachee, listen actively, ask more then tell, provide relevant feedback for improvement.
Ask appropriate questions i.e. brief, clear focused, relevant and constructive. Follow up on questions asked or assignments given earlier.
Be open to listen to criticisms and complaints with Positive body language.
Be able to help coachee in solving problem or issue that is bothering coachee.
Be able to advocate for coachees i.e. be willing to bat for coachee, to fight for them, to defend them from unjust attacks and to take fair share of the blame when something goes wrong.
