Job Designation : Chat Opening - Non Voice

Job Description :

It is a non- voice program which provides resolution to customers queries through chatting
The offline work includes auditing customers bill correction, making corrections on the customers accounts, addressing customers concern sent through Faxes, completes orders and requests placed online.
Along with the customer service its also emphasis on sales metrics
Must possess procedure driven judgment in order to find the best solution to an issue
Must possess excellent PC and key-boarding skills.

Skills :

Graduate Fresher or experienced. No B.E & B.tech fresher
10+2 or 10+3 with minimum of 6 months of experience
Preferred applicants with 1 year of experience in BPO non voice.
Ready to work in rotational shifts
Joining 16th Feb to 23rd Feb 2015
At least a typing speed of 25 wpm
Familiar with different MS Office applications
