Job Designation : Jr. Testing Engineer Power Electronics

Job Responsibilities: 

• Candidate will be part of the start of art R&D facility to develop various renewable energy systems to perform various testing activity and given a chance to be part of the design team
• Candidate will be required to :
• Candidate will be part of the start of art R&D facility to develop various renewable energy systems. 
• Candidate should be committed to learn and understand from the Team members through a systematic approach of various power conversion topologies such as Converters/ Inverters/ Buck-boost designs/ Power factor control/ Fly-back converters/ Drives 
• Candidate should be committed to understand the circuit, perform the Test as per the instructions and document the outcome, verify the outcome at various conditions and troubleshoot and prepare for manufacturing circuitry for renewable energy systems.
• Candidate should be committed Generate accurate and complete design documentation for long term enhancement, support and maintenance.

Requirements : 

• Basic Knowledge in AC/DC SMPS converter design, testing and analysis.
• Basic knowledge in how to design magnetic components including transformers, Common Mode chokes / Inductors etc.
• Ability to debug designs and recommend changes is big plus
• Knowledge on design / simulation tools (Matlab /Pspice/ Psim etc ) is big plus
• Knowledge of understanding of design for EMC requirements is a plus.
• Basic Knowledge on design concepts, ability to troubleshoot mixed hardware/software
• issues.
• God Knowledge and principles of Diodes, Transistors, Of-Amp, Mosfet, Thyristors, GTOs & IGBTs, power semiconductors, their characteristics & application.
