Job Description : 

Job Designation : Graduate Engineer Trainee

Job Description : 

• Technical Domains (Windows, UNIX, Storage, Network, Security, Database etc)
• Independent troubleshooting within SLA
• Manage Customer escalations
• Implementation of Six sigma projects
• Identify avenue for value adds and present value add summary
• Participate in Talent Management meetings - sharing and acquiring knowledge
• Update the knowledge base
• Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required
• Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings (as required)
• Participate in monthly QA audits
• Working on Network Device / Unix Server / Storage Devices (depending upon your respective domain

Eligibility criteria :

• 60% throughout in academics
• No standing arrears
• B. Tech/B.E 2014 pass outs – Eligible branches: CS, IT, ECE, EEE, E&I
• Service agreement : 18 months
• Open to re-location
• Open to work in 24*7 work ambience

Job Location : Noida

Salary :

• Selected candidates will be offered a salary of INR 2.16 Lacs PA (for first 3 months)
• Post successful completion of first 3 months INR 2.75 Lacs PA
